Joshua Lowe
Special Education Consultant • Disability Services Provider • Founder
Joshua Lowe, M.Ed., brings more than 20 years of experience in special education, with a career dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities build skills, increase independence, and access meaningful opportunities.
His experience spans classroom instruction, life-skills programming, inclusion, district-level program support, and regional special education leadership. Throughout his career, Joshua has worked alongside students, families, educators, and school leaders to strengthen programs and develop practical systems that turn plans into action.
Through J&A Freedom Solutions, Joshua provides Special Education Systems & Transition Consulting to schools and educational organizations, with a focus on IEP implementation, transition planning, life-skills programming, staff development, and program improvement.
Through JML Independent Solutions, Joshua extends that work beyond the classroom by providing person-centered developmental disability services that support individuals in building greater independence and participating meaningfully in their communities.
Joshua’s work is grounded in a simple belief: with the right systems, support, and opportunities, individuals of every ability can continue growing toward greater independence and purpose.
Aleece Lowe
Leadership & Operations Consultant • Executive Leader • Co-Founder
Aleece Lowe, MBA, brings extensive leadership and operations experience across the private, nonprofit, and education sectors. Her career has centered on building strong teams, improving organizational systems, and helping leaders turn vision into sustainable action.
Aleece began her career in customer service and banking operations before transitioning into mission-driven educational organizations. Her leadership experience includes serving as an Operations Manager, Managing Director, and Chief Operating Officer, giving her firsthand experience leading people, processes, and complex organizational systems.
Through J&A Freedom Solutions, Aleece provides Leadership & Operations Consulting focused on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, strategic planning, process improvement, project management, and implementation support.
Aleece earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Arizona and her Master of Business Administration from Lamar University. Her own journey as a non-traditional student, professional, wife, and mother has shaped a leadership philosophy grounded in adaptability, accountability, continuous growth, and meeting people where they are.
At the heart of Aleece’s work is a commitment to strengthening leaders, developing teams, and building systems that help mission-driven organizations grow with purpose.
