Sped Consulting Services
Introduction Call - Free - 30 minutes
Discuss your needs, ask questions, and identify the right service.
Consultation & Action Plan
A 90-minute working session, written priorities and next steps, and one 30-minute follow-up.
Focused IEP Review
Review of one IEP and supporting records, a written improvement checklist, and a 60-minute meeting to discuss the findings.
Team Training
A 90-minute workshop, available in person or virtually, for up to 20 staff, practical tools, and time for questions. Topics can include IEP quality, progress monitoring, and transition planning.
Implementation Support
Up to six hours per month of coaching, document review, and workflow improvement, plus a monthly progress summary.
Scope & Additional Work
Additional work is quoted separately with your approval in advance. Larger program reviews and on-site training receive a written quote. Your proposal confirms the scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment schedule before work begins.
